• Trekking to a height of up to 5,000metres
• Bouldering (no free climbing)

We do not cover treatment of injuries that are as a result of training for or taking part in any sport forwhich You are paid, receive a grant or sponsorship (we do not count travel costs in this), or are competing for prizemoney.
